1. Microwave Cheesecake

To prepare your very own microwave cheesecake you’ll need 3 scoops of cream cheese, 3 eggs, 1 plain yoghurt, and save that yogurt container to fill once with flour, another with sugar and 3 of milk. For a special touch, add in lemon zest and liquid caramel. Although this recipe may not have many ingredients, the result is nothing short of exquisite! Also, the cooking process is quite simple, all you’ll need to do is slowly mix in all of the ingredients. The key is to first layer a microwave safe dish with the liquid caramel so that is doesn’t stick. Toss in the microwave for about 10 minutes at max power and voilà!

2. Sugar-free No Bake Cheesecake

This sugar-free recipe substitutes the granulated white sugar out for other natural sweeteners that are much better for our bodies. To make this healthier version of cheesecake, you’ll need 5 eggs, 1 non-dairy yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (honey, maple syrup, etc.), 500 gr of a light cheese and neutral- flavoured gelatine. If you want to strengthen the flavour even more, add in lemon juice. With this recipe, you can enjoy the exquisite taste of cheesecake without feeling any regret afterward.

3. Mascarpone Cheesecake

This is, without a doubt, one of the best ways to make cheesecake, as the creamy cheese by definition, makes for the perfect cake. The real star of this dessert is the mascarpone cheese, a delicious and creamy cheese that gives this dish that something special. Likewise, the combination of cheese, corn flour and whole cream is amazing and will make you want to come back for more time and time again. You won’t regret it.

4. Cherry Cheesecake

If you’re a fan of cheesecake, you’ve most likely had your fair share of cherry cheesecake! But, have you ever tried making your own cherry marmalade at home with bits of the cherry left in for an added bite? If you’re going to try making cheesecake at home, why not ace a classic with your own personal touch, your friends and family will thank you for it. So, whip out that professional chef you’ve got hidden away and try your hand at a delicious homemade cherry cheesecake.

5. Coconut Cheesecake

Another way to give the average cheesecake a delicious and original touch is by mixing in an exotic coconut flavour. All you need to do is add in a container of coconut flavoured yoghurt and then another equal measurement of canned coconut milk to your mixture. With just one bite the coconut flavour will transport you to an exotic island in the sun.
