Rice Pudding

Rice Pudding is a traditional and authentic, homemade Spanish dessert that has been around for centuries. It originates in the kitchens of Al Andalus, specifically those of the Mozarab people.

Cheesecake

Cheesecake is, without a doubt, one of the most beloved desserts throughout the world, as well as one of the oldest. This incredible sweet, served cold, is made with a bottom cake layer and a special topping pour on top which allows for a wide range of variations of fruits and sauces including strawberries and other berries, peaches, mango, pear or figs. In fact, the fruit on top helps to give it its extra delicious flavour.

This may be the reason it lifts your spirits no matter what season it is, given that so many variations of fruit can be used. Ideally, fruits that are in season should be used to best enjoy the wonderful cakes.
